Initial Consultation

Initial appointments are 60-90 minutes long. The initial appointment is longer and intense as we go over your complete health history, answer any questions you may have. We will also set health and nutrition goals as you may see fit.

Follow Ups

Follow up appointments are 40 minutes long, and are recommended every 2-3 weeks. We will review your improvements, set new goals, and make adjustments to your plan as needed and as you may see fit.

Packages

We offer 3-6 month packages for long term, long lasting behavior changes in nutrition, wellness and lifestyle goals. Please request more information by contacting us.
